1. Introduction At Zendea, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy is designed to comply with Google Merchant Center (GMC) requirements, providing clear, transparent, and accurate information.
2. Return Window You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
3. Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges in the following conditions:
- Brand New Items: Unopened, unused, and in original condition with complete packaging.
- Lightly Used Items: Items that have been lightly used but do not affect resale value (e.g., no visible wear, stains, odors, or damage, and still in clean, sellable condition).
- Defective or Damaged Items: Items received damaged or with manufacturing defects (we recommend taking photos upon receipt).
We support exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles when stock is available.
4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items that have been heavily used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Underwear, swimwear, hygiene products, or perishable goods.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout).
5. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@shopzendea.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and photos of the item (especially for lightly used or defective items).
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to our U.S. warehouse using a trackable shipping method.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
6. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For credit/debit cards, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective or damaged items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
7. Exchange Process If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive and approve the returned item. You may need to pay any price difference or additional shipping fees if applicable.
