1. Introduction

Zendea is committed to providing transparent, reliable, and efficient shipping services. All products are manufactured in our facility in China and fulfilled primarily from our U.S. warehouse in Seattle. This Shipping Policy is designed to comply with Google Merchant Center (GMC) standards, ensuring all information is clear, accurate, and non-misleading.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Free Standard Shipping: Qualifying orders of $110 USD and above receive free standard shipping to the contiguous United States.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below $110 USD are subject to a flat rate of $6 USD.
• Expedited Shipping: Customers may select expedited delivery for orders $130 USD and above. Expedited services start from an additional $10 USD, with final costs calculated at checkout based on carrier options and destination.
• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed during business hours. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Estimated Delivery Times: Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping aims for 1–3 business days, depending on location and carrier availability.
• Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
• Tracking Information: A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package in real-time through the provided link or carrier website.
• Delivery Exceptions: Delivery times may be affected by severe weather, carrier delays, high-order volume periods, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

3. International Shipping

We currently provide international shipping only to Australia and Canada. We are actively working to expand our international reach and appreciate your understanding and support during this growth phase.

International shipping uses fixed flat rates per order. Fees are not weight-based and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Details:

• Fixed rates apply regardless of order size or weight.
• All international packages are shipped with tracking.
• Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
• Shipments may experience delays during customs clearance. Zendea is not liable for customs-related delays.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international orders.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). We do not process or ship orders outside these hours, on weekends, or during U.S. federal holidays.

• We reserve the right to change carriers or shipping methods without prior notice to provide the best service.
• If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or return costs.
